Tonight I tried another recipe from Pinterest. This one was from Reynolds Kitchens (I will post the link at the end of this post) and is a huge win!
This one only needs to chill for an hour, and is a fairly straight-forward recipe.

I was lacking in the animal shaped cookie cutter department, but had lots of heart shapes! Ideally you want one that is 1.5 inches. The smallest of my heart shaped cutters was perfect.
Punkin Pie says these taste just like honey grahams, and My Love pretty much just loves them. All the tasty cookies I've made recently and these are hands down one of his favorites.
I was really surprised how much they do taste like a graham cracker. Wow! I'll definitely be making this one again for the kiddos. They loved them!
